What a busy day today!! I forgot my Atkins bars at home, again, and was so busy I was 9.5 hrs between breakfast and lunch! Way too long! I had to knaw on my arm to keep from cheating!

B: sausage (3 carbs)
     water
L: taco salad (6 carbs)
S: low carb fudge bar (3 carbs)
D: pepperoni, chedder cheese and black olives (crustless/sauceles pizza) (3 carbs)
S: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
lots of water!!

Total carbs: 18

no real excersise today, still hurting. might try my bike tomorrow

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

Total= 1530  

Must work on breakfast choices!
