My support group is from my Military Hospital, which is essentially an HMO. It is run jointly by the psyche and bariactric departments. It has PreOps, NonOps and WLS people. It has people losing, maintaining and gaining weight. And many of the members are wives of Marines who are deployed to war zones. Lots of eating problems from the stress of these deployments - every week we have a good cry.
I've been in a few groups over the years. The WW groups and the OA groups and a few hospital groups. I hear they even have groups at churches. It's easy to start a group. You can start one and list on www.meetup.com as well. They also have groups there you can join in your area.

I normally give myself a reward for every size I drop I will go out and buy a new pair of pants/shorts something of that nature. Right now I'm down 32 pounds from when I started 2 months and 2 days ago and I'm thrilled with how things are going. I started at 245 and currently weigh 213 the next big goal/milestone for me is just going under 200 pounds I can't wait to get to that point, I will probably treat myself to a small shopping trip.
