I'm the real slouch here today: Just 30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical trainer. I've been working for 3 weeks straight since I got home without a day off and I'm finally caught up. Tomorrrow I'm back to my normal schedule of 45 minutes at the gym and my two mile walk after dinner.

I increased my bike ride this morning upto 70 mins and about 15 miles.
Tonight I did my upper body weight lifting routine and threw in some squats just for fun (fun..ha..not!)

Yesterday, I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 minutes on the bike at the gym. Today I plan the same.
This is big for me because just about 10 days ago I really didn't think I would survive even one minute on the elliptical. But my breathing is SO much better than I thought it would be and nothing is going to stop me now!
