FYI - I did my bike ride this morning! I didn't get out as early as I wanted but I pushed myself to go. It was way to sunny! Anyhow, I'm glad I did it (only 10 miles), I'll try to increase the distance tomorrow and each day this week.
WAHOOOOO....love riding, especially with the wind behind me.......
