What about Domino...you don't think he's self respecting? Rolly 3

I'm glad you said that about the crust cuz I have a question for you.  What kind of flour do they use to make the pizza dough in Italy?

They use white double-zero-type flour.  It's not called 00 over there, but's it's essentially the same stuff.  And there's a whole lot of yeast in it. . . .

Buck Tooth OK, I tried to read this real slow so I could keep up but it didn't work for me so could you pleeze splain double-zero-type flour?  If I don't know what it is over here, I'll never figure out what it is over there!

It's finely ground flower - more powder-like than regular all purpose flour.

Holy Rolling in Dough, I didn't think it was even possible to get any finer than all purpose flour. Bug Eyed

That is beyond disgusting.  I'm not a big fan of pasta and I certainly would never eat anything from Domino's....even when I was fat.  Total waste of calories!
I'm not a big fan of pizza either but when I do eat it, it has to be very thin crust margherita pizza.  Candelari's pizza near my house makes really good whole wheat thin crust margherita pizza.

Sounds likes Candelari is one of the self respecting Italians!  What exactly is on a margherita pizza...sounds healthy to me and Holly needs to know how to make a healthy pizza.

Hmmmm...you made me wonder just how many calories is in one of those bad boys.  I looked on the site but I think they've hidden the information in the corner, in the back, in the dark, so no one will ever know their deep dark secret.

I know when I'm in a good state of mind is when I won't eat anything that I don't know how many calories it has.   lol.. man, I can do a ton of calculations in my head because of all the calorie counting I have done.  Mental olympics.   Anyone else?

I use to be able to do that back when I was on low calorie, low fat. Writing  Once I switched to low carb, I can tell you how many carbs are in a food and which foods are low glycemic.  This pasta bowl thingamajiggah isn't even on the glycemic scale!

Girl, you don't even want to go there when it comes to what goes on with me mentally...trust me, it ain't the olympics! Bouncy 8

Candelari's Margherita Pizza - very thin crust with an olive oil base, fresh basil, roma tomatoes,  and fresh mozzarella.
