I've been MIA too.  I hope everyone is doing well whether you're on the wagon, in the wagon, off the wagon, under the wagon or totally lost your wagon ;-)!
Happy summer to all,

Hey Sherrie:
Glad to hear from you.  Don't let the horse drag you too far!  We're all in this together so let us know how we can help you get back on the wagon.

How about I'm on the wagon but there's a wagon running beside mine loaded down with carbs and I'm fixing to jump wagons???

Don't worry, I'm holding on by the skin of my teeth!

Hey A.Q:
You always get back on the wagon before it gets outta hand.  Hopefully DH is past his medical issue and you can focus on you!

He's at that stage of his recovery that he's letting his mouth override his ass!  Dont' worry about things getting out of hand cuz I have a new exercize routine. SpankBeating the crap outta him!

I am running beside the wagon - need to jump on! Just hanging on.

Successes:
tracking my food
staying under 1600 average
not drinking too much
exercising every day
drinking water

Wagon work to do:
cut cals a bit more
eat more veggies more days
not so much desserts (prolly cuz not drinking as much i suddenly find i want more)
coming back in here more often!

I lost my wagon on the way to Idaho but it was waiting here for me when I got home yesterday - now I just have to hold on for another day and a half of NO  veggies (or meat) - I had no idea a person could get addicted to good stuff, I thought it was just bad things that were hard to give up, like sugar, flour, wine.....

Hi Jan:
It sounds like you found your wagon.  Good for you!  Those cravings will diminish over time.  How come no veggies or meat?
