Well it sounds like someone had a good time!  Spaghetti  Unfortunately it's now time to pay the piper.  I hate when that happens. 

I hope your carb withdrawal headache has gone away.  I don't get them but I get really tired on the first day.  Have you ever gone to the Atkins Forum?  They have some great conversations about working out and Atkins.

Where is this Atkins forum?  Here at OH?  I've never seen it! 

Headache is gone this morning and so is appetite.  I don't know if the chemistry is working or if I'm already so bored with the food that I'm not interested in eating - in any event, it can't be all bad.  I must have p!ssed out 5 pounds last night - geeeeeezzzzzz, detox is brutal!  Well, off to the gym for the first time in three weeks.  Of course, the gym is like an exercise vacation compared to the two tours I just did - walking at least 8 to 10 hours a day.

Yep, eating processed refined carbs make you bloat and when you get them out of your system, so goes the bloat.  Make sure you drink a lot of water cuz you're going into fat burning and you need to flu**** out of your system.

This will get you to the Atkins Community and from here you can go to the Forums or to Colette's blogs, she's the nutritionist and she monitors the Forums to answer questions and make sure info is correct.  You can sign up for free online classes, there's one coming up on all stages of working out.  Joining is free, I just got a profile last week although I don't talk on the Forum.  I got it because there is a private journal you can use to keep track of your thoughts and progress.  Also in your profile is a weight tracker and a carb tracker, pretty cool.  Just a tip.  When you go to the Forum, the first half of the page is sticky posts that Don has put up that is filled with information and food recipes from the posters, and where to find this and that.  Once you get past The Rules, you are there. 

As for being bored with your food, there are a bazillion recipes or if you mention a food on the Forum they will give you all kinds of ideas on how to cook it.  My problem is not being hungry.  Oy, what a problem.

Report from the gym:  business as usual.  The guys were relentless, forcing me to do stuff I wasn't in the mood to do !  Thanks for the links, maybe this is the start of something great.
