What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud? Me, Notso Much!
Well it's about damn time you spit out "The Rest of the Story"! Kim and I were wondering about you the other day and I was telling her I hoped you had gotten a diagnosis by now and were getting better, but I see you are still in the waiting to see stages. But at least you are on your way to an endocrinologist so that is some really great news!
After all that you have been through it's good to hear you are doing the happy dance...this is me and Kim doing it with you!
Hi I've been on my weight loss journey (this time) since April 12th to date I've lost 20.2 pounds so far and I'm hoping it keeps going but I know it can and does stall out. A couple of years ago I lost about 85 pounds and kept it off for a while but then I got in a great relationship and I guess I no longer worried with it and let myself gain all but about 20-30 pounds back. And I've just now decided I can't take anymore and this time I'm goin to loose weight and going to keep it off. I normally dont' have trouble losing it but it's the maintaining that I find very hard to do but I'm determined this time to keep it off. So I'm really hoping instead of dieting this time and actually making a lifestyle change I'll be able to loose it and maintain that loss.

Maintenance sucks cuz you have to watch what you eat and exercise but you don't lose any weight! And once you have been overweight your body wants to keep that weight so it will gain that weight back as soon as you let your guard down. Good for you that you are making this a lifestyle change, it makes the transition so much easier.
