Got a Wii Fit and lost 3 pounds without it!
Congradulations on getting your wii fit I have one and I absolutely love it. I do 40 -60 mins 7 days a week of rhythm boxing and then 40 - 60 mins combined of strength training and yoga I try to do at least 70 - 90 jackknives a day but it gets hard because they really do tone your abs great. I also do curves 5 days a week which is 30 minutes. My weight loss just finally started again I was stalled for about 4 or 5 days but this morning it had went down again. I'm 19.8 pounds down right now I started April 12th. I'm so hoping that I can keep it up and keep the weight coming off I think my stall was due to increasing my exrecise so much and building muscle is all I can figure because I was losing inches but not losing pounds. What is everyone's favorite exercise on the wii fit?
