appetite control
I don't live any where near Houston so I can't answer your question. Have you tried other methods of controlling your appetite. There are things like drinking water before you eat to fill your stomach. Eat high fiber foods that take longer to digest so you feel full longer. Don't eat processed foods because they have already been processed to death so the only thing your body does to digest them is release insulin which turns to fat and then you are hungry again in no time. Eat only complex carbs and eat a protein with it when you do to slow down the insulin response, that will help with hunger issues. If you make these lifestyle changes, you may find you won't need the pills and these methods have only good side effects!

The problem with all the medications that are prescribed to help with weight loss is that as soon as you go off them you regain the weight.
As Mary suggested, changing your diet to whole foods instead of heavily processed will help. If you eat a lot of veggies and fruit you don't have to worry about appetite supressants.
Have you seen a psychotherapist? They can help you with different techniques.
