Are you locked in?
So I have been listening to a CD series of motivational speakers, not necessarily for weight loss but can be applied in that way, one thing that one of the guys said really stuck with me and that was this "Are you locked into your vision?" and he said how many people have idea's like oh yeah id like to do this and that, I want to accomplish this, but the difference is "being locked into to it" or not, thats what makes us successful or just going along for the ride. So what about you? are you LOCKED into your vision? I know that I am, and I pray that I will continue to be, I have determination and a belief now that this is and WILL happen! so what does that look like for you? and for those of you who have already lost all or most of your weight, did you find that you at any time "lost" your vision during your journey? just something to think about, hope this helps inspire someone today! have a great Friday!

Great Post!
I am 100% locked into my vision of reaching and MAINTAINING my goal weight/BMI. What I realized a couple days ago is that I am not as locked into my weight lifting exercise as I have been in the past and as I need to be now. I have been doing my daily walk/run but not doing the weight lifting on a regular basis.
I've been using the "excuse" that I had surgery 6 weeks ago. OK.....so it was on my arms, what's stopping me from doing squats, crunches, bicycles, leg raises, etc..... NOTHING, I'm just being lazy or as you said I'm not LOCKED in.
I have to change this and change it fast.
Today is shot but I will commit today to getting back to my normal routine of weight lifting on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays! It is a promise I make myself right here and now.
Thanks for the push.......I needed it!

Good post, Chelle!
I cannot say i am locked in. I keep a provisional key...and at this stage of my life, there is so little room for errors that I should use that key less than I do.
Every time I lost my vision, I used to fall off and regain. I still see this pattern, but not to the degree that it once was; i had so hoped that I had really changed. I've changed a lot, but I need to be even more consistent with my food.
I am "there"...locked in with my exercise habits.
Good post...will be thinking of this more!
