Well, I proved today that you can eat 1800 calories and stick to your WW points!    LOL

Breakfast:
   1 cup steel cut oats with 1 Tbsp flaxseed
   6 oz. FF plain yogurt
   1 cup blueberries

Lunch:
   1 whole wheat wrap with 3 oz. turkey breast, romaine lettuce, FF feta cheese, mustard
   1/2 cup five bean salad
   1 mini York peppermint pattie

Snack:
   1 medium orange
   1 WW string cheese

Dinner:
   2 Greek turkey burgers on light hamburger rolls with romaine, tomatoe, red onion and relish
   sauteed mixture of onions, yellow squash and fennel in Pam spray

Snack:
   1/2 cup light ice cream
   1/2 cup strawberries sweetened with Splenda
