S: 1 scoop Vanilla isalean shake (basically 1/2 of a normal sized shake)
L: Organic salad, with grilled albacore Tuna steak, homemade asian dressing, a few chips and some of my own homemade salsa, and 2 skewers (ea skewer had two pieces of lean beef, two mushrooms and some bell pepper and red onion)
S: 1 scoop Vanilla Isalean shake w/ a few frozen berries and 1 tsp citrus want more energy (a b vitamin electrolyte mix)
D: Chocolate ISalean shake with 1/2 organic banana and 1 tbsp organic PB

L: 3 oz. grilled chicken breast w/2 TBSP salsa; 7 strawberries
S: 1 oz. swiss cheese; 1 oz. pepper jack cheese; sf apple cider
D: Pasta w/meat sauce - 1/2 cup dreamfields pasta w/meat sauce (made w/Springerhill 95% lean beef); 1 cup steamed broccoli
S: sf banana popsicle

I fell off the wagon tonight. Been feeling so upset about the car and trying to figure out how to get to and from school....Its not an excuse, just aknowledging I gave into emotional eating. I'm going to get rid of the pizza and try and hop right on the wagon from now on out. I ate too much and I feel sick. It wasn't worth it.
