What did you eat today? 5/2

VSG on 06/04/15
B: coffee w/cream & sweetener
     sausage (4 carbs)
L: taco salad (7 carbs)
D: Atkins bar (3 carbs)

Total Carbs: 14 ended up not eating what I was going to....too nervous.

I havn't eaten dinner yet...I think this is what I'm gonna have, but right now, I'm so nervous about my upcoming date, I don't know if I'm gonna be able to eat...I might just take a few atkins bars with me. I don't want to get so hungry I cheat on the the way home after the date's over.... And we're going to a bar so if I get hungry, its not like theres gonna be any healthy food available. Wish me luck!!
