TGIF!

B:  Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/a dollop of nsa cherry pie filling
S:  1 oz. swiss cheese
L:  3 oz. angus chopped steak; 2 bites mac n cheese; 3 spears broccoli
S:  1 oz. swiss cheese
S:  Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/a dollop of nsa cherry pie filling
D:  Small icee

Exercise:  35 minute power walk; 30 minutes riding my new bike

Today I tried the Trader Joes brand greek togurt with honey mixed in already, NO LIKEY!
The other brand FAGE was so so much better, I bet the VOSKOS is even better! but like I said my Trader Joes did not carry that brand! I want to go back and get more of the Fage brand!

I haven't tried the Trader Joe's brand yet.  I absolutely LOVE to shop at TJ.  I shop there when I vacation in Carmel. They have fab orchids and fresh cut flowers and their goat cheese pizza in the deli section is fab.

My good friend loves the Fage w/honey mixed in but I don't really care for honey on anything other than a biscuit.  LOL

S: 1 small organic apple and a few raw almonds
L:1 chicken apple wood smoked sausage, organic salad with Romaine, cucumber and Micro greens, 2 tbsp, organic ranch dressing, 1 container of Trader joes organic greek yogurt
S: Isagenix snack wafers, a few pita chrisps w/ sun dried tomato and herbed goat cheese 
D: Chocolate isalean shake
S:  Probably nothing

Water water water!

B: 2 servings Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal w/ 1% milk
S: 1/3 of 20oz Mt Dew (I'm proud, I resisted the rest AND turned down a tenderloin biscuit for lunch!)
L: 1 pack Cinnamon Apple instant oatmeal
S: 3 miniature reeses cups (coworker shared- not planned, couldn't turn down though) 
D: 3/4 cup cooked Ronzoni elbow noodles w/ leftover chicken, spinach, & mushroom pasta sauce, sm slice garlic bread
S:  One Pillsbury Orange Roll (dh made them, I did only eat one though)
