10 pounds, sciatic nerve, 3 torn jeans- Need diet help!
I think I found a diet that may last- The Biggest Loser diet. I watch the BLS, so I know it will work in a controlled environment. Just gotta control me :). On the show they multiply your weight by 6 for your daily calories to start off quicker. You get 4 fruits/veggies, 3 proteins, 2 grains, 1 extra- I'm going modify because I love dairy even if I have to go to skim and drink more than one serving a day. Anybody try this one? Thanks!
