Hey Heather:
I hope you don't mind me starting the thread early.
B: 1 bag of caramel corn rice cakes
S: Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/a dollop of nsa sour cherry pie filling - YUM
L: 1/4 cup brown rice; 1/2 cup thai curry chicken - YUCK! TG it's gone now!
S: 2 ounces swiss cheese
D: 1 slice thin crust margherita pizza; 4 strawberries
Exercise: 40 minutes riding my new bike; 30 minutes power walk
I have to ask, what is this Voskos 0% greek yogurt?
B: Vanilla Isalean shake with frozen organic blueberries
S: salad at work, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, black olives, sunflower seeds, and very little commercial ranch dressing, (yuck! had no other option!)
L: salad with grilled chicken breast, 1 hard boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, Romaine (organic of course) and homemade asian dressing
S: 1 scoop Van. Isalean shake, 2 tsp citrus want more energy, 2 isagenix snacks
D: Chocolate isalean shake with organic peanut butter (yum!!)

You MUST try greek yogurt. It's the perfect food, IMO. Basically, it's yogurt that has been strained - it's thick and tastes like sour cream. You can add splenda, sf syrups, jelly, fruit, granola, etc. I added no sugar added sour cherry pie filling to mine today and it was 2die4! You can also add savory stuff (e.g., for dip). It is very high in protein and low in calories and filling and it has live and active probiotic cultures. Here are the stats for the brand I like - Voskos 0% brand, 8oz.:
Calories 140
Protein 24g!!
Fat 0g
Carbs 9g
There are several brands - Voskos, Fage, Oikos, and Trader Joe's has their own brand. It's usually found in the organic cold section of a regular grocery or a health food store (e.g., Whole Foods). I've heard that Walmart has it but I despise Walmart so I've never checked there.
Try it and let me know what you think.

YUM! I am eating the greek yogurt as we speak!! my Trader Joes did not Carry the VOSKOS brand so I got FAGE, I am eating it with honey! so good! thanks for the tip!!

D: Big serving ronzoni healthy harvest wheat spaghetti w/ spag sauce, diced grilled chicken, italian tomatoes, wilted spinach, mushrooms, and fresh herbs. 1 serving new potatoes w/ lil melted rosemary butter & parm cheese. 1 sm. slice garlic bread
S: 3/4 cup choc carmel chex mix
Exercise: employee on floor was out today, so I did 2-1/2 hours of hard manual labor to get a job complete. That doesn't happen often, so it was a work out.
