B:  1 cup cheerios, 1/2 banana, high protein milk - YUCK!!
S:  3/4 ounce swiss cheese
S:  Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/splenda
L:  1/4 cup brown rice; 1/2 cup thai curry chicken - YUCK!!; small gala apple
S:  3/4 ounce pepper jack cheese; 2 strawberries
D:  cup of hot and sour soup
S:  sugar free banana popsicle

Exercise:  None - stormy weather all evening
