weigh in day!
VSG on 06/04/15
Hey all! Today is my weigh-in/measurment day....(drumroll please).....
This week I lost 17.6 lbs and 7 inches!!! HOLY COW!!!
I know most of it is water and swelling, because my legs are almost back to normal fat girl size (instead of baby elephant size) But I dont care!! I'm taking it!! This is a record weekly loss for me...and I know it's not normal at all, but yay! I'm back under 399 again! This was definantly what I needed to keep me motivated!

Heather:
Throwing in my congratulations too. The most I ever lost in one week was 15 lbs. I have only done it once in my life, but it does feel good.

Wow - that's a crazy amount. You must feel so much better now. Keep up the good work.
Are you very sensitve to salt? I am and I found it helpful to follow advice from the American Heart Association - when you buy something in the store make certain it's always 5% or less sodium. Another suggestion they had which works great is add something acid like lemon juice, wine or tomato to a recipe instead of salt. It's amazing but it will taste like you added salt - or at least you will be able to add less salt to make it taste good.
