     sausage (5 carbs)
L: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: double quarter pounder w/cheese no bun, only may, lettuce, tomato, pickle (5 carbs)
S: celery w/1 tbsn pb (5 carbs)

Total Carbs: 18

Housework today...I think it takes more effort to fight with my 5 yr old about picking up her mess than it takes to just do it myself!! If it kills me that little bugger is gonna learn to pick up after herself! lol Its amazing how quickly she can destroy a clean house if I'm not paying attention! YIKES

Hi Heather:
I've been eating ALL day!  I have a particularly horrible taste in my mouth today (from meds) so I've been trying to get rid of it all day - constantly brushing my teeth, eating popsicles and strawberries, drinking tons of water....and nothing helps.  Feels like I'm being poisoned. LOL

B:  Small piece of lasagna; 2 large strawberries
S:  Banana/chocolate fudgesicle
S:  2 medium sized strawberries
S:  Sugar free banana popsicle
L:  Lunch at Pei Wei - cup of hot and sour soup; 2 bites of thai curry chicken; 2 bites steamed brown rice
S:  2 medium sized strawberries
S:  Sugar free banana popsicle
D:  Haven't eaten yet but I plan to have either some cheese and turkey roll ups or some baked chicken and salad

Exercise:  I rode my new bike for an hour today - two 30 minute sessions; power walked for 30 minutes
