Hope everyone is having a great weekend! It's raining again here in Oregon, but what else is new!
B: scrambled eggs w/tomatoes, olives and avacado (5 carbs)
coffee w/cream & sweetener
L: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: double quarter pounder w/cheese, no bun (5 carbs)
coffee w/cream & sweetener
S: 2 celery stalks w/1 tbsn pb (5 carbs)
carb smart fudgecycle (3 carbs)
Total Carbs: 21
I'm trying to work on my water intake, I've been drinking alot of coffee lately...I drink water all day, I just don't include it in my food lists. Anyone have any tricks to drinking more water??

I had some dental surgery so I'm still having to eat bland soft food for a few days. This is my Sunday meal. LOL I can't remember what I ate on Saturday LOL.
Breakfast - lentil soup and baked beans (smashed with a fork) and apple sauce - soft and bland and not my preference for breakfast but did the trick. DH had my homemade cinnamon raisin bread with pumpkin butter - oh was I jealous because that is so good. When I make bread there is no fat in the bread except what is naturally in the whole wheat and again no fat in the pumpkin butter - just some sugar, spices and concentrated pumpkin.
Lunch - I was desperate for salad so I had a bowl of baby green with raspberry vinegar (no oil in my salad dressing) and a banana. The salad tasted so good but I struggled chewing it - can't wait for this to heal.
Supper - Bean burritos (unfortunately not in a wrapper today until the mouth heals) with medium spicy peach salsa, roasted asparagus. I may have another baby greens salad. For desert I may have just a banana or I'll make a banana soy milk smoothy. I found a soy milk (westbrae) that has no fat- all fat has been removed and it tastes good, in fact it's quite sweet. Sometimes I add a little maple syrup to jazz my banana shake up a notch.
