D: parmesan-garlic chicken strips (1 carb)
     2 cups steamed broccoli w/cheese (4 carbs)
S: 2 celery stalks w/1 tbsn pb (5 carbs)
     carb smart fudgecycle (3 carbs)

Total Carbs: 20

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

Yum, parmesan-garlic chicken strips sound good!

B:  Toasted english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
S:  Voskos 0% greek yogurt w/splenda
L:  Grilled chicken salad - 3 oz. grilled chicken, 2 cups lettuce, 1/4 cup salsa; 2 squares dark chocolate coconut candy
S:  1 oz. swiss cheese; 1 small gala apple
D:  2 corn tortillas w/cheese and salsa

Exercise:  40 minute power walk

They were sooo good!! I got the reciepe off of atkins.com, and it surprised me how good it was! The best part was that my daughter loved it too! Definantly a keeper!

Hi Heather, today was a bad day.  I went to the doc today and he put me on more meds.  GREAT!   I'm now on blood pressure pills and he put me back on my xanax...thank god, I missed that drug!ha  He actually even increased my xanax, so should be interesting! :)  If the bp pills dont work for my head in two to three weeks I have to get an MRI.

B:  kefir and kashi go crunch

S:  almonds

L:  my head hurt so bad..but was starving so I just grabbed the closest thing I saw...two mini bagels w/cream cheese

L:  Another lunch...ham sandwich with mayo

D:  three pieces of chicken pizza

S:  ice cream from McD's.

OUCH!!  Enough said. :)

I'm sorry you had such a bad day Holly!! I know what you mean about more meds...it seems like every other time I seem my doc I get more meds added! (Ok, maybe not THAT often, but it SEEMS like it!) I'm on bp meds too, and if nothing else, it helps with the swelling I have in my legs. And I'm on celexa, but a friend of mine has xanax as an 'emergency back-up pill' for her bad anxiety attacks, and I've been thinking of asking my dr. for a script of it for when my depression/anxiety gets really bad.

Have you been having migranes alot all of a sudden? Have they tried any other migrane meds? One I was going to try when I was having alot of migranes is Topamax, which is actually an anti-seizer med, but has been found to work great on migranes. The best part of that med (IMO) is that one of the common side effects is weight loss!  I hope your head gets better...MRI's suck! I've had one on my knees before....not something I want to repeat!

Ok this is what I'll have today:
B: Medifast Apple Cinnamon oatmeal 110 cal
S: Medifast Dutch Chocolate shake
L: MediFast Chicken Noodle Soup
S: Medifast Peanut Butter Crunch Bar
D: 1 1/2 chicken breast broiled with paprika, cayenne pepper garlic and balsamic vinegar(yummy!)
S: Medifast chocolate Pudding

160 oz of water throughout the day(this program makes you thristy!)

I've dropped 19 lbs in 9 days on the program so far, and blood pressure's gone from extremely high to just above normal! The best thing is I never feel hungry or crave anything(like KFC or Wendy's anymore!, or Coldstone!) This program is awesome!  I'll post my before and after once I've lost some more weight.
