B:  protein shake

S:  Asian pear

L:  falafel sandwich with hummus and sprouts

D:  chicken tikka masala over shiritake, and green beans.

S:  couple medjooled  dates with raw coconut

Don't laugh, cuz this probably shows what a small town girl I am, but your menu sounds quite exotic! And yummy! 

B: skipped, not hungry
L: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
    celery w/1 tbsn pb (5 carbs)
S: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: lemon pepper fish fillets (2 carbs)
     1/2 cup green beans (4 carbs)
S:  carb smart fudgecycle (3 carbs)

Total Carbs: 20

I know it's bad for the metabolism to skip meals, blah blah blah. But when I'm NOT hungry for once, I just can't force myself to eat.  I did have some water, so maybe I should put that I had water for breakfast...

ok,ok. next time i'll try to get SOME protein or veggie in me when i'm not hungry...

Just a quick thought.  When you sleep all night you are basically fasting.  When you wake up and eat, you break that fast and start burning what you ate.  Eating protein, like a boiled egg for instance, will get your body to burning fat instead feeding on muscle when you don't eat.  I'll shut up now!

S: isagenix snacks, grape want more energy
L:organic salad with grilled chicken breast and organic natural ranch dressing
S: organic apple and some raw almonds
