B:  kashi go crunch, kefir, and blueberries

S:  Atkins shake

L:  green smoothie (lots of spinach, hemp, cinnamon, and mango)

D;  Caesar chicken salad--romaine, chicken, turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, and dressing

S: Isagenix chocolate snacks
L: Chicken spinach, feta sausage (yum!) organic romain  salad with Organic micro greens and Braggs organic dressing, and some baked pita crisps wit goat cheese and sun dried tomato in olive oil

Total Carbs: 17

Been busy with school today, but still managed to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. Soaked up lots of vitamin D, although not very actively.

A bite of pork chop...just a taste.

I am am not sure of the order of which I ate these things....I worked 7p - 7am last night so my day was turned around.
