What did you eat today? 04/21
I'm already getting the pain below my right ribs again, which I'm assuming is gas?? If it is gas, wouldn't I have other symptoms than pain? This is so frustrating. So today is going to be a no "green day".
B: egg whites, three turkey bacon, and a laughing cow wedge
S: half a serving of walnuts
L: kefir, kashi go crunch, and blueberries
D: chicken and half serving mac n cheese
S: home made popcorn made in olive oil...no butter.
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup Crunchy Granola Raisin Bran
1.5 cups soy milk
6 oz. coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Medium salad with raw spinach leaves, dry roasted unsalted peanuts, 1/2 can chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots and ranch dressing
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 small apple
2 cups water
Dinner
2 thighs leftover crockpot chicken with lemon-caper sauce (substituted sliced pimentos for capers)
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 package fresh blueberries
1/2 can vegetable soup
1.5 cups soy milk

L: chicken spinach feta sausage, organic salad w/ all natural dressing. goat cheese and sun dried tomato in olive oil on baked pita crisps wit sea salt (yum!!)

B: 1 pkt hi fiber oats + 1 egg beaten into it
L: 1 pkt hi pro soup + 1.5 cups sauteed corn/cauli/onions/turmeric/garlic
Supper: 1.5 c veggies/pasta/sauce + 4 ounces chicken
1x1 taste of DH brownies.
My day:

Thanks. :) I just got to figure out what is causing it. I'm really thinking it's some veggies, like broccoli and spinach. I am a spinach addict, but I guess I'll have to take it away for a while longer. Last time it was sort of funny. My doc told me to eat just healthy foods because he thought it was all the junk food and crap I ate. Little did he know that I had been eating as healthy as can be that week. I started eating my bad foods again and the pain disapeared.ha Sort of funny actually, a catch 22! Damned if ya do, damned if ya dont! :)

I did not get on yesterday so just saw you note about pain below the ribs - It reminded me, I used to get something that hurt so bad I was doubled over, even just to walk. Now I think it was my Psoas in spasm. That is a big hip flex-er muscle that runs fro the L5 spinal disc through the abdominal cavity to the inside of the thigh. I had some Hellerwork (fascial release) done and it it not the issue it used to be. The pain is deep inside the front abdomen, just below the rib cage. Does that sound like the same thing?
