Fud + exercise today?
My day:
intermittant gardening - mostly digging/planting, a little hoe-ing. About 3 hours total. It got HOT to day...our thermometer says 100 degrees! It does face west where the sun is beating down on it, so it may be a bit high, but wow.
Breakfast: 1 cup zuke/mushroom/onion + 1 egg + 2 tbs feta cheese + 1 c nf milk
Lunch: tuna salad in two lettuce leafs
Supper: ribs + corn/jalapenos + baked fries

Had a great day today! The weather was perfect, and I took Jordy to the zoo with some friends. We were there for 3 hours walking around and looking at the animals. Last summer when I went to the zoo with my sister I had to rent a scooter because I wasn't able to walk far enough/long enough to make it. (combo of bad back/knees and WAY too much weight) I am proud to say that I kept up with everyone! (am sore, and back and knee hurts, but not unbearably) AND I resisted temptation!! My friend Toni tried to get me to eat crispy chicken sandwiches, fries, cotton candy, and elephants ears...even though I told her I'm doing low-carb...She is really confused about what carbs are! lol I feel great for resisting all those tempatations!! Yay me!!!
