Jordy's school was having a nature day today, so I spent all morning walking around her school yard, doing crafts like making birdhouses and planting flowers and decorating reusable shopping bags, along with visiting the farm animal petting zoo. Then she had a soccer game at noon. After that it was back to the school activities for an hour, and then home to transplant our new flowers into bigger pots. Then cooking dinner and finally time to relax. Not much actual exercise, but I've been on the move all day! It's been a busy, but good day!
Mary,
Can you do me a favor. I know you don't like posting your daily intake on here because you are afraid it might mess up for your fellow Atkins phase one people. But I for one, think it would be really neat to see what you are eating on maintenance. I'm not asking you to start posting daily, but could you maybe do a thread on what it's like on maintenance? and give a sample or two menu? I think a lot of us non Atkins people are scared of it for one. Two, I for one know you are allowed to eat more than on phase one or two, but am curious more than anything on where a persons carb level hits home at. Know what I mean? I know everyone is different, but I know some people are scared with the fact that they will never be able to even eat a sweet potato again, or even berries. Could ya?? :)
Mary
