B: coffee w/cream & sweetener
    sausage (4 carbs)
L: forgot to eat!?!
S: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: carne asada steak
     diet soda (I know, I know, should be jus****er!)
S   2 celery stalks w/ 2 tbspn peanutbutter (7 carbs)
      hot tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)

Total Carbs: 16

Didn't do very well with the veggies today...oh well. Tomorrow's another day!! 

HW: 460 (12/18/14) SW: 419 (6/4/15) CW: 330 (10/19/15) Mini goal: 319 by 10/4/15

4-17:
Put away all trip stuff. Light housework for several hours. Went dancing at 8:00 p.m. - danced straight thru till 11:00!

Breakfast:  1 c nf milk

L:  3 oz grill chicken breast + 1 c rice + 1 c raw broccoli

S:  3 crackers with Nutella on them

Supper: 2 slices rye bread + 1 oz cheese + 2 oz lean beef + 1000 isle dressing to dip in.

5 beers - most of them michelob light.
