2nd day back on plan, and I think I would do anything for a sugar cookie!!! AAAAAHH!
B: skipped, too busy
L: Mongolian BBQ w/ a friend:
beef,
chicken,
broccoli, celery, garlic, peppers, and oil (15 carbs)
D: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
S: sf jello
hot tea w/cream & sweetener (2 carbs)
Total Carbs: 20

Yesterday was return home from the coast:
kick off meal:
1 egg scrambled + 1 oz cheese + 1 cup lean ham/few potatoes/zuccini scrambled up + 1 c nf milk
Beach walking, zoo, park with grandsons for a few hours
S: 1/2 pear + bowl of cereal in nf milk
L: 1 roast beef sandwich with lots of greens on it + few potato chips
Road snack: 2 mini BK burgers + small fries + 1/2 strawberry milkshake
Supper: 1 cup hamburger helper with lots of veggies + 1/2 svg tortilla chips

Thanks Mary! I did feel very proud of myself when I got home from the grocery store. Not only did I resist the sugar cookies I walked through the bakery/bread aisle without putting anything in my cart! Not even sure why I tempted fate my going that way, maybe just habit. But I was strong! Made it through today's carb cravings too!! Thats 3 days! Whoo Hoo! I should be just about done with all those nasty cravings!
