Journaling my Food and Exercising 4/4/09

I think I mite try entering my food journal starting, officially Sunday, today is and was a bust. It's that time of the month, when I need to go shopping. I had and have a bad sugar graving and all I want to do is eat. My journal will have to be what I did eat, and it may be a day late.(have to share the computer can't get on all the time.) Today was a partial pig out.
B: 1/2cup Oatmeal with 1/4 cup Bran, Cinnamon, (1) tablespoon of Carob Powder,
(1) Tab of Honey. With (1) cup of Herbal Tea and Sweet and Low
S: (more like binge) (1-1.5) cups of Instant mashed potatoes with dehydrated
onions and seasonings. (1) large can of regular pears(3-servings in a can)
L: I over slept today had breakfast at 11AM so skipping lunch and noon snack.
(being it's after 6pm now, almost dinner.)
S: None
D: (will try to have) 4oz Salmon, (2) cups of homemade veggie soup from low salt
soup stock. (1) peach, from a can, (1) baked potato plain. (1) cup of Hot Lemon
Juice, from concentrate, about (1-2)Tabs. with ho****er and Sweetener.
Exercising will have to be latter on night, walking the halls or dancing etc.
Twilight
Sugar cravings are the pitz! But eating simple carbohydrates makes you crave more. It starts an evil little reaction that makes you want more sugar. That's why you can never eat just one of anything. One cookie begets another cookie because of the insulin spike from the first stupid cookie that you always wish you hadn't stuffed in your face in the first place! Get alla the bad carbs out of your system and that will help you ditch the sugar cravings.
I just love it that you dance for exercise...how cool is that?

My sweets craving went away, pretty much, from years of making sure i ate greens of all kinds: kale, chard, spinach, etc. with at least two meals a day. Add on lean meats and good fats. i swear by it!

This is something i really need to up my game on, I think I will start journaling everyday and then Trying to post my food here as well, sometimes I do but not always! but wether I post it here or not I need to journal it anyway!!
