4-3-09 food & exercise - well?

Today:

1 egg, poached + 1/2 slice eveil banana bread (EH)

L:  1/2 c lean taco meat + 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese + 1/4 c salsa + 1 svg flax chips

1 cuppa tea with nonfat milk

S:  not sure yet

no exercise, came home early to regroup a bit. Feel the need to collect myself today. Kind of took a nap, just laid there.

B: cheerios w/ med. banana and skim milk
S: handful baked Lays
L: 1c. of "healthy request" veggie/beef soup; 10 Ritz crackers (ugh, damn things are addicting, lol)
D: 4oz chicken breast w/salad greens, lf cheese and dressing

Exercise: 35 mins treadmill
