Interesting Interview With Kirstie and Valerie
I don't know about ya'll, but I love to hear how other people feel about being overweight and how they dealt with it, and how they lost it, and how they keep it off. This is an article with Kirstie and Valerie talking about their journeys and I totally related to how they feel. When I think of the parties I missed because of my weight, that was nothing compared to the parties these gals missed!

Ms. Mary, how is that Induction going?
After 10 days I think I finally nailed the carb count, fiber and net carbs. Everything according to the book. A little low on veggie carbs, but I'm not hungry anymore and I know if I have to I can add some broccoli tonight, but minus 3 pounds and counting. It feels SO goo to see the scale going in that direction for the first time since September.
Hope you are doing well too.

Sounds like your Induction is going great! I love it when you get to that point when you are just not hungry anymore. Woman, three pounds is amazing for someone with your 'cir****tances'. I'm so proud of you! Enjoy your broccoli,
Mary
I love reading about people and weight loss!
hey, I got a bit stuck on the line where they did not like people telling them they put on weight - made me stop and think: why do we hate that? we should thank that person.
I mean I know very well why we hate it, but when i stop to think about it...the fear of anyone ever saying that alone should stop that fork from going up to our mouths!

Yeah, you would think that the fear of anyone ever saying that would stop the fork from going up to our mouths, but I had a healthy "don'tgiva****" attitude about what other people said!
