What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud? What Kind of a Loser Are You?
I totally understand preserving your knees at ALL costs. I used to do TaeBo at 275 pounds...what the hell was I thinking? The fast movement was starting to affect my knees so I quit immediately. Now I do the moves, but modified to be slower and more intense, and I do something else for cardio. After seeing my sister suffer through knee replacement weighing over three hundred pounds, I don't even want to think about going there!
