Whoo Hooooo, I am down 35 lbs as of today. I am so proud of myself. I have made a few small goals for myself that I wanted to share so here goes...I'd like to here you guys goals too:

When I started on my weight loss journey I weighed 308lbs(Whoa) so my first mini goal was to see anything under 300, I have updated that to anything in the 260's...I really can't wait to update that number too.

Another small goal is to never gain back the 35lbs that I've lost
To wear a size with a 1 infront of it instead of a 2 (22, 24 etc.).
To run the entire 30mins on the treadmill...I can't run the whole way now
To really see the inches melting off.
To take a before and after picture and actually see the results.

Wow, 35 pounds is way cool.  And don't worry, it won't be long before you start seeing the difference.  It was about when I got out of the 270's that I could see the changes.  That's when it really starts to get exciting.  I'll be looking for that before and after pic!

Okay, just .2 for me. Not very much but I will take it. I thought I had done better, but I guess you can't have big losses EVERY week, lol. I will keep moving and hopefully next week will be better than 2/10ths of a pound. :)

The way I see it .2 is better than nothing and nothing is better than gaining. I realize now that I used to sabotage myself by thinking that if I didn't lose weight then I have failed. I never focused on the fact that I maintained the weightloss...which ofcourse meant I gave up and gain back weight. It is totally different for me now. One of my mini goals is to never gain back what I have lost
