S: handful of small pepperoni slices, pineapple chunks
L: PBJ sandwich on lite Wheat bread; 1 serving baked Cheetos
D: 4oz turkey meatloaf, 1/2cup mashed potatoes, salad w/bacon bits and lite dressing

And TONS of water today....wahoo! :)

Hi Neen!

I drank the last of the isagenix fasting cleanse stuff yesterday. I fasted all day until 6:00 pm, then I had a small meal.  Went to bed feeling lean and re-dedicated!
