Last day of the Month Weigh in day
well as I have been doing I record my weight on the last day of the month, I used to only weigh myself on the last day of the month but that has up and gone out the window! sometimes I weigh myself each day, sometimes every other day, but anyhow I will continue to record on the last day! so that being said, I have hit my 40 pound loss today!! woo hoo! I lost a total of 11.2 lb's for the month of march, which seems to be my average, not bad, I am happy with that! I will continue to push ahead and keep on working the program, though I hit times of discouragement, and times where the scale does not move or moves in the wrong direction, I figure it's simple science, cause and effect, if I keep doing the right thing, eventually my body will balance itself out and keep on releasing, and All Glory to God that is what has been happening! so just wanted to share with you my OH family, lets keep on doing this thing together!
