I've been gone a lot, so sorry I missed your post! Man alive, you sounded down.
We have all been there...please hang on. I am too embarrassed to tell you how many years I did the same thing: in fact, far worse than you, i think. Every stinking day I feel off the wagon - sometimes did nt make it past lunch.
And all of us tend to kick ourselves harder than anyone else would dream of doing to us. AND worse, we feel each failure sinks us lower. THAT is not the case - or it does not have to be!
To decide to learn from every time you know you stepped off the trail is what will turn you around!
(READ that like ten times in a row).
When I started doing that - just examining every mis-step and analyzing WHY I made that choice helped me to get a better plan to become the healthy eater i know I can be.
When I see peeps around here sink into depression - or worse go into lurk or disappear mode - I get so...angry...at them, at that part of myself that I allowed to "win" every time: the Vitctim. Poor Me, I can't do this....wah...wah...wah.
Of course I can do it. So can you. Wipe those eyes, get that chin up and strut thru your day with conviction & purpose.
