B:  snap peas w/pesto ....odd breakfast this morning

S:  handful of brazilian nuts

L:  three turkey sticks, and roasted veggies

D:  stuffed mushrooms with ground beef, fresh mozzarella, and sauce 

S:: legal ice cream (nuts, almond milk, cocoa powder, and tiny bit of cocoa nibs)

I had a hell of a time today.  Think I'm pms'n, I want everything in sight.  Plus went to the movies, didn't help I've been craving movie theater popcorn.  I did it though, came out without eating a thing. :) 

I'm extremely antsy today.  Want to eat and do everything!  I have such a bad case of  Spring Fever and I can't do nothing in the snow.

Hmm....what didn't I have would be easier to type, lol. I weigh in on Saturday mornings, and after not 'cheating' all week, I usually have a 'whatever' day on Saturdays. I need to however, stop rewarding myself with FOOD. Oy, what a cycle!  The only plus is that it keeps me in check all week.

Back to the basics tomorrow! :)

B:  1 egg, 2 white omelet with leftover roasted veggies and sprinkle of cheddar
L:  salad with romaine, cucumbers, walnuts, sliced strawberries, blueberries, crumbled blue cheese with LF Asian sesame dressing
      slice 7 grain bread (no butter)
S:  small apple
     10 almonds
D:  ate out (Outback)
      new wedge salad with crumbled blue and drizzle balsamic
      steak and shrimp grillers....2 chunks tenderloin, 4 small shrimp on skewer with mushrooms, red onion, zucchini, grilled pineapple....2 bites of wild rice
S:  WW ice cream bar

can anyone post on this thread?  i think it wil be really helpful for me to "put it out there" what i am eating and keep me more focused.

Hi Hol & all!

My yesterday:

1.25 hour wog in big hills

1/2 reuben sandwich


lots of housework....intermittant snacks


sun chips + thin slice of swiss + pita chips

popcorn

2-3 gin + diet tonic

2 cups chicken stew for supper + 2 pieces bread/butter

waaaay too much night snacking:  1 **** cream with nuts, 1 small box of moose munch. Just felt a lil too stuffed at bedtime. Hating that today!

B- 2 boiled eggs
S - 10 almonds
L - two pieces roasted chicken, spinach, onion 1 tblsp mayo   1banana
S.- steamed 1% milk
D - likely a stir fry with spinach, carrots and bean sprouts.

*On rising: 20 oz water
B: Vanilla IsaLean shake with extra fiber, protein, greens and citrus Want More Energy (B vitamin/ electrolyte)
*about an hour later 20 oz water
50 minutes at gym after church - 30 on elliptical, ab work, weights
*2 16-oz bottles water
L: Spinach and greens with lentils and blue cheese dressing, side of low fat cottage cheese, raw carrot
*20 oz water
S: Trader Joe's individual pack almonds, apple
*20 oz water
D: Vanilla IsaLean shake with IsaFruits and 1/2 tsp citrus Want More Energy (turns it into what I call a strawberry cheesecake shake)
*about 16 oz water

(On a hard core Isagenix routine for this week including two days of cleansing Tuesday and Wednesday - so I won't post daily because it will be highly repetitive, but the above is pretty much what my shake days look like)

If you are a calorie counter, I guess my day's worth was about 1200? Not sure.
