B: 1/2 Eggwhite & Turkey sandwich on Wheat
S: Activia Yogurt
L: Low Sodium Turkey sandwich on Wheat
S: Apple
S: Cookies (oops)
D: Flounder and Steamed veggies (those green giant things)
S: Rice Cakes.


Guys, I have been beyond tired lately.  To the point where I'm wondering if I've got mono or something.  I'm so sluggish - nothing helps.  No matter how much coffee I drink, I'm passed out by 9:30pm.  I'm only 29 - that's pathetic.  

Also, my ex text messaged me yesterday.  Totally shook me up.

I wanna go away!!!

B: hard boiled egg, coffee, milk  and 1 piece of toast
L: 1/4 Quiznos Roast Beef Sub
S:  Banana and a handful of almonds
D: The other quarter of the Quiznos Roast Beef Sub and coffee
S: apple

Drinks:  2 coffees, 1 milk, 1 diet soda & 2-16 oz waters

It's probably all those hours you are working!  Hope things ease up on ya, sounds like you are exhausted.  

 

B:  green smoothie (head of romaine, celery, hemp protein,and  kefir)

L:  egg beaters with mushrooms and fresh mozzarella, and three pieces of turkey bacon

S:  raw cashews, and soy latte

D: went out for mexican food.  had halibut fajita  with onions and green peppers.  no shell, beans, or rice.

S:  homemade legal ice cream

B:  steel cut oats with blueberries
L:  turkey sandwich with light WW bread and mustard
     1  cup organic butternut squash soup
S:  2 WW string cheese
      slice 7 grain bread with butter
D:  grilled sirloin steak
      1/2 baked potato with light sour cream
      roasted veggies...carrots, mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, asparagus, zucchini
      salad with Romaine, cucumbers, walnuts, strawberries and blueberries
      light sesame Asian salad dressing
S:  small piece banana cream pie

busy day....cleaned whole house top to bottom, did 5 loads laundry and made dinner for company tonight....didn't count points but don't think I did too badly

Good morning.

First time posting but I want to be, HAVE to be accountable.

B - coffee with a slice of roasted chicken.
S - 6 almonds
L- broccoli and two slices of roasted chicken.
S - 1/2 banana
D - Stir fry, broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts with one egg.  1/2 banana.

Weight 285:  Goal 160.
