Guys, I have been beyond tired lately. To the point where I'm wondering if I've got mono or something. I'm so sluggish - nothing helps. No matter how much coffee I drink, I'm passed out by 9:30pm. I'm only 29 - that's pathetic.
Also, my ex text messaged me yesterday. Totally shook me up.

D: went out for mexican food. had halibut fajita with onions and green peppers. no shell, beans, or rice.

slice 7 grain bread with butter
D: grilled sirloin steak
1/2 baked potato with light sour cream
roasted veggies...carrots, mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, asparagus, zucchini
salad with Romaine, cucumbers, walnuts, strawberries and blueberries
light sesame Asian salad dressing
S: small piece banana cream pie
busy day....cleaned whole house top to bottom, did 5 loads laundry and made dinner for company tonight....didn't count points but don't think I did too badly
