What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?

Well no, I haven't talked to anyone about my day two. I had a bad night so I'm back to day one now. I'm going to have to get past more than a day and a half or this Induction is going to last a good long while.

I knew week nights would be the hardest time. No wine, no Crystal Light, no carbs?!

So here is what I'm going to do to make tonight better:
I will just say no to the coffee at 3 PM and maybe that will help the evening issues. 
I will also stay out of the store after work even though it is Friday. Just too much temptation for me.

I am proud because today is the only day this week that I have not been active!

Sunday--30 mins, walking dog
Monday--38 mins treadmill
Tues--32 mins bike, 8 mins elliptical
Weds--37 mins bike
Thurs--30 mins, walking dog

I have been working out at least 4x a week for a little while now and I feel SO good!! :) I am working on increasing the time...but I am happy with it right now!

Wow, congratulations on getting your body in motion....it only gets better from here.  You'll be moving and grooving for an hour before you know it!

Jan, try the decaffeinated coffee.  Drink it while sitting in your brand newly renovated kitchen and enjoy the view, and remember how long you waited to get started on this diet.  It really does get better if you can get passed the third day, which I hope you've done by now.

Now don't go mourning the loss of that Crystal Light garbage.  It's chemicals in a glass, sweetened with a chemical called Sweetnlow, guaranteed to make you feel like crap.  Ain't one good thing I can say about the stuff.
