large spinach salad with grilled shrimp, sliced almonds, roasted red peppers...10 points estimate (asked for dressing on side and only drizzled on very small amount)

B: egg beater omelet with asparagus and cottage cheese, topped with hot sauce
L: plate of spinach, hard boiled egg, three pieces turkey bacon, feta cheese, with caesar dressing.
D: went out to eat at a buffet.... small steak, small amount of bourbon chicken, and salad with romaine, sunflower seeds, olives, cucumber, artichoke, and caesar dressing.
Was on the go all day, so didn't have any snacks. But I didn't buy any on the go either! :)
EDIT: had latte with soymilk, and half of a fage yogurt, with walnuts and flax seed.

My day yesterday:
1 egg + 1 pkt hi fiber oats
Morning wog - 1 hour
1 small apple, 1 c celery
L: 1 pork rib patty
Snack: hi pro chips
Housework when I got home - about 1/2 hour solid of scrubbing!
Supper: 3 oz lean grilled pork chops + 1/2 c home made applesauce + 2 new potatoes + 1 c steamed green beans. 1 skinny cow ice cream stick
Little later I ate 1/2 grilled sandwich DH made - was hungry!
