LOL, Neen...NOt the first day you were supposed to have in your new life...LOL you are in truuuble with your nutritionist!
I used to set alarm clock across the room when I was first starting out years ago. Once I got upright, i stayed that way. Try it! You have to get out of bed to turn it off. Turns out, that was the hard part, getting your butt up.
My day:
1 whey protein drink
1 snack bar (150 cals)
L: 3 oz grilled chix + 2 c red cabbage/green onions/cukes/bragg's vinegar and some ****ty dressing
1 hi proten snack cracker thing (100 cals)
I biggo wog in big hills - one hour.
Supper: turkey quesadilla on low carb wrap, salsa, high fiber chips.

(Have I convinced anyone yet?)
We found out about GF when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with CD last year, and we haven't looked back. There are quite a few posts on the celiac forums about people who went GF after a CD diagnosis and started losing weight without even trying. In the past 10 months, I have lost 37 pounds, and the only thing that I stopped eating was gluten!
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions - I have done a lot of research since our daughter's diagnosis.
