How are u all doing?  WHAT are you doing to stay on task?

Me?

Today exercise:  90 minute bike ride on my way to tan this morning.

Went shopping with DH...walked the floors of a couple stores. Got some gorgeous curtains: kind of a buttery golden hued set with very nice soft marine blue scrolled colors ...and beads! Thank God and JC Penney for having a display up or i would be soooo lost.

Food last night was not great:  pizza, beer, then cookies. Th work day food totaled 500 cals, so i did not feel stuffed.  Just should have walked by the cookies.

Food today is better:  1 egg + hi fiber oat packet + 4 oz orange juice w/calcium

3 oz burgers on thin rye breads + 2 tsp mustard

couple rum + diet cokes in my hands + 1 oz  wasabi almonds.

...later some Tuscan Chicken soup, lots of beans & veggies, including kale.

Do ya have a report for me?

Hey Necee,

That Tuscan soup sounds good!

What am I doing to stay on task?  Well the past few weeks have been a learning experience for me.  I went on that one plan from the docs and only with two weeks in I totally bombed it.  It was too strict for me, WAY too strict.  So then for a week I ate everything bad in the book to make up for it basically.  I started again today on something, but finding it harder than hell starting it on a Saturday.  I'm fighting it tooth and nail.  Thank God I'm starting to get tired.lol  The first week or so I am always so hungry!  Not sure why, but I've been feeling like an endless gut lately!

B:  eggs with a tiny bit of fresh mozzarella and sauteed mushrooms.

S:  protein shake

L:  walnuts with kefir and flax seed, and a smoothie (hemp, kale, and little bit of almond milk)

S:  pistachios

D;  sauteed asparagus, salad with vinegar and oil, and  spicy chicken wings.

S:  still hungry...protein shake

I went to my brother's birthday party last night and had carrot cake and couple of girl scout cookies.  Today I'll do two sessions at the gym.  Already did my morning thing and this evening I'll go back and do some light weights and an hour on the rowing machine.

I am on Isagenix along with Ruth, this weekend I am doing a two day deep cleanse, so it's not hard to stay on track because I know what I need to do! it consists of taking my cleanse for life drink 4 oz 4 times a day, but I blend it up with some, fiber pro (tasteless) some isafruits (tastes yummy) and some orange want more energy (electrolyte) then in between I take a few raw almonds, here and their and some Isagenix snacks (they taste like Chocolate) and some Isadelights (they are dark chocolate) and tons and tons of water! yesterday I kept myself busy with yard work and house work, and I watched a movie, nights in Rodanthe, I kinda liked it but I kinda did not like it more, has anyone else seen it? and Today it is raining, and my My family is under the weather, my middle daughter had it a few days ago, then last night my husband and son started throwing up! now just the baby and I are left! oh no!   I pray we dont get it! so since everyone is sick, no church for us today, so thats my weekend in a nutshell, and how Im staying on track, although I think I just started rambling

I keep meaning to ask you if Ruthie got to you, too! Ha ha...I bought a few things and still have some.  I actually like the cleansing idea and should do it more often.

I love the chicken soup and use that even for a morning shake with ripe avocado.  I get so sick of the sweet taste of whey protein.  I want someone to invent more savory flavors like wasbi-almond or soy-oriental!

Wasabi almond, that would get you going in the morning! I am a sweets kinda gal, so I dont mind the vanilla and chocolate daily routine! I have a packet of the chicken soup, but I have yet to try it, maybe tomorrow! Have you tried the Isa Delights? they are super dark chocolates but they have amino acids and B vitamins in them, they are sooo yummy! but if your a savory kinda gal than maybe not! im supposed to be going to a Birthday party  today, but since we are are not feeling that great we will see!
