I feel a lot better overall this week, so I got me a list of Prouds:

-been drinking more water at work.

- slept good now for two nights

- exercised every day this week except only a bit of work walking Wednesday, 2x at the Y where they torture you with weight bars, dumbells, step set ups

- I found a good scale at the Y to weigh myself

- I started tanning this week!

- Food has been very good for two days straight

- I am done at work with those damnable computers!

My proud is that I went on Fitday and figured out how to track my food and excersise, also checked out MyPlate at Livestrong.com. Just getting ready for Induction next week. I am guessing the reason all the Atkins people use Fitday is because they calculate to the tenth and don't round to the even number like MyPlate does. Anyway, I decided I like the MyPlate best pre-Atkins, but will switch to Fitday when I start counting carbs for real. And I'm NOT tracking anything for the road trip, just going to try to make good choices and enjoy the last weekend of easy dining for a while.

I joined Weigh****chers, I went to my first meeting last night. I am hoping that it can help keep me on track. I think the weekly accountability at weigh-in will do that. I have been counting my points today and am hoping that I can stay on track, the only thing that worries me is the weekend is here and that is when I really struggle.

I lost 65 pounds on WW 7 years ago - it wasn't as bad as I imagined before I went. Health and stress issues are not my freind and it's all back now.
Best of luck, just work the program the best you can.

I know that weekends and all social situations that involve eating and drinking off plan can be tough, but with a little planning ahead, you don't have to join in all of the debauchery.  Try to eat before you go anywhere and have your own snacks with you at all times.  And contrary to what I've heard, water does NOT rust your pipes, so stick a lemon wedge in it and call it a drink! Cool
