I have given up on good hair, I like ponytails, they are my friend here!

Life is short, laugh easily, forgive quickly, and never regret anything that made you smile.

OOOOO, that is very very funny, Ruthie...will convert that joke as necessary!

Neecee - it IS a fully customizable joke! If you've ever endured the Ellensburg wind, day after day after day... you either leave or find a way to joke about it.

Oh yeah...you made me remember to tell you - one thing about us *wanna be* swimmers:  we get a BUNCH more exercise thrashing around! I'm not a good swimmer - over the years I have taught myself how to snorkle - go get one and teach yourself.  That way your eyes can be open and that makes you feel more comfortable rather than taking a head smack to add injury to insult!

I don't know if you said you are at the Y, you might ask around and have somebody show you some moves.  They usually have swim classes for kids. I asked my aqua aerobics teacher for certain tips, then i would work on them on my own.

Most of the pools have fairly shallow lanes - only lap pools, so the water is up to your chest at the hgighest part. There were ladies in my class wh held onto the gutters for dear life - that's how scared they are of water.  trust me, just like in all things, there is bound to be one person or more who is way worse off than you are!

There are swimsuits that are like 1920's style - for cry-eye, they look like Ruby's dresses she wore!

Well, well well. . . . .you've been holdin out on us about the little plastics
I guess we can forgive that little oversight - glad those kicks are kickin' a$$

More to the point, I didn't do anything today to benefit my journey.  I never left the house - I'm a little under the weather because my grandbaby gave his his cold.  So I spent a lazy day watching TV on the sofa, taking cold meds and playing on my laptop.  Actually, I'm feeling a little better tonight and will probably get back to the gym tomorrow morning.

Ummm, just cuz it wasn't posted on the Plastics Board doesn't mean that I was holdin' out...everybody here knew I was having a hoohah revision.  When I had my thigh lift surgery, one side got pulled down a li'l bit and I peed to the right.  Doc said he thought only guys had that problem! Shock 3  So he said that while he had me on the table he wanted to put a stick in my back to smooth things out from my LBL.  Free lipo...yeah baybee!  So now I have a smooth back and perfect aim! Bow And Arrow

Sorry to hear that you have a cold, but if you HAD to catch one, at least it was from such a good lookin' guy!  Hmmm, I'm wondering if your gym plans for in the morning may be a bit ambitious.  I say another lazy day just may be in order. Hammock 1

He must have really pulled you tight!  One of my hidden talents is the ability to **** on precise target.  It's a skill I refined when I was in the Army.   I have years of experience with slip trench technique refinement.

It's kinda boring staying home for two days.  I think I need to get back to work and back to my buddies at the gym.

Slip Trench Technique.  Laughing 1  That is too funny!  Who knew we had perfect aim in common?

Babs...you were in the Army???  How is it that I never knew that?  That is so way cool!  Must be where your love of travel came from.

So now we hear the rest of the story.  Here I thought you were such a fierce warrior at the gym, and now I'm finding out that you are there to go play witcha little buddies! No Hehehe

If I'm being honest here about the gym, it's not all about being a warrior . . . . My gym is about 90% male, young gorgeous males. . . . .It's very visually stimulating

My buddies knew me when I was rotund and they've been motivating me through every pushup and every crunch for the past four years.  It's like an odd extended family.
