What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
Hey Everybody, I'm proud that the PROUD post is BACK...I've missed ya'll! The only difference is that it is going to be posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays due to the fact that the poster has Spring Fever. 
Well, I had my little plastic surgery revision and lipo on the flanks, everything went very well. I gained eight pounds from not being able to be active and eating what my DH fed me.
I got rid of alla that and got cleared to work out last week. My muscles must have some good memory because I am back to being at the top of my game as of yesterday. Matter of fact, I think my kicks this morning were a little higher than they've ever been. What's up with that?

Hey you, you're just the lady I needed to talk to! Jennifer said that she might be interested in water aerobics but she can't swim and she doesn't want to be seen in a bathing suit. Am I correct in thinking that there is no swimming involved and that she doesn't HAVE to wear a bathing suit. Ruby wore a dress that was pinned up, so I'm thinking pants would be a good choice too, no?

Don't be jealous, but the grass here is green and the trees just got new baby leaves.

Did I mention that although I am in WA state now, I lived in upstate NY for most of my life (over 30 years). I remember what they called spring there. Now fall, they can pull of off a good fall! I miss NY falls.

So what are you saying Jen...you're not ready for your close-up? 
I'm pretty sure that MOST of the people there doing the water aerobics aren't either, so no worries, right?
I saw that Sherrie answered your post, so I'm glad you got the information you needed. Of course I was gonna ask her for you. We're a pretty close knit li'l family around here and helping each other out when we can is what we are here for. So, I guess you are going to be joining the Y?

I never heard that's why Ellensburg is so windy - that's so funny! It makes sense in a twisted Eastern Washington way.
I'm driving through there tomorrow on my way to North Idaho. I am just hoping the avalanche warnings are gone for the weekend.
