Hello All~
So I need advice on exercise's or stretches to do to get my legs slimmed down, they are soooo stubborn! the rest of me is melting away and my legs are staying pretty much the same, very frustrating! I have lost quite a few inches all over, but only a little in my legs! so any advice is welcome!

Your legs may be your fat-stubborn area! Mine is my gut...even after losing 40#, my waist only lost ONE EFFIN INCH...tha's it. One. Only.
Just be patient and stick with your weight reduction plans. It will come off.
Do as much walking as you can, followed by biking. Toning them will help!

Hmmm....let me see if I can 'splain exactly how I do one of my favorite butt/leg exercises.
Stand with legs apart, feet facing forward and squat. Tilt pelvis forward and tighten abs and buttocks, but not so tight that you can't breath! Hold this position and move from side to side. You can also add weights.
I combine them with a lot of other leg work and do a hundred, then do something else then come back to these. When I'm on top of my game, I do about five hundred with a lower body workout. Leg raises are also easy to do and incorporate into lower body.
I hope your legs start melting soon, too!

Michelle, Honestly, I don't think there's any specific "spot" reduction exercise you can do on your legs. Exercise, aerobic in nature, will burn fat and eventually the fat will come off the legs. The order in which fat comes off the body is similar to the order in which it goes on - if you can recall how that went down. Not to explain the obvious, when your body needs energy and it has no where else to go it uses fat reserves. So, in theory, if you continue to diet, eventually it will come off the legs. It may be the very last place, but it will happen.

Hey cutie.
Your body is addressing the most pressing issue right now - visceral fat. Your major organs were at risk, and the baddest of the bad is what's currently melting. I believe that the other posters are right that the other fat deposits eventually be addressed too - just not necessarily in this first layer of liquidation! :-)
Kim Olson may be a great one to talk with about that issue, as well. I remember when I saw her after her first 125 pounds were gone, and before she hit the 152 pound loss early that next year, she appeared to be bottom-heavy still (sort of, not bad, but that's where the remaining pounds seemed to be). Now if you look at her you can't tell she was ever over 300 pounds. You'll get to meet her in person, which will be awesome possum. She'd be a great one to get a little encouragement from.
My only direction when attempting to slim rather than build (I'm building my chest up and slimming arms, for instance) is repetition and light weights. Stair stepper, floor leg lifts with resistance, etc.
You go girl!
