L:  2 oz chicken + 2 c romaine + feta cheese + olives + cukes + onion

GRUELING workout at the Y! 20 minutes elliptical + 30 minutes ab stuff + 1 hour step/weights aerobic workout.  Freaking dripping in sweat.

Supper:  2 c whole wheat mac + meat sauce

Wednesday Fud:

1 green drink (rice bran oil + isogenix drink mix + spinach)

L:  wasabi high protein pretzels + high protein tea drink

S:  1 tiny meal bar (150 cals)

Supper:  1 shot tequila + 1 seafood quesadilla, 6" (out to drinks with co-workers)
No exercise. Got up early, shot into work til 5 p.m. Had a hard time getting to sleep last night, traded in my walk for sleep.

I was just going to sign on and post that I am sure I'm on some kind of automatic treadmill that keeps going faster...

I've "been" just trying to keep up with life; don't know about the rest of you!

My days are so similar, food-wise, which I suppose makes sense!

I start every day with my to-die-for shakes, and generally manage to get one more Isa meal in there somewhere. After a post Mary made I realize I, too, am on maintenence, so what I eat isn't necessarily appropriate for a "loss" forum. I go aggressive when I hit 140 lbs because my goal is to be between 135 - 140 at 51 years of age and almost 5'8". I stay at goal by doing the shake each day, or two... and doing a total cellular cleanse 1 - 4 days per month. It's so easy it's almost embarassing. Almost.

Now it's time to make the shake of the morning. I've been addicted to what I call 'Shamrock' shakes but I think I'll change it up and have a vanilla IsaLean shake with IsaFruits and some orange Want More Energy which turns it into a taste similar to one of those swirly popcicle things we used to eat... missles. Anyone remember missles? I was in LUV, baby. OK I'm hungry now!

Ha ha

Lunch will be sushi with an Isagenix client, and I have NO idea about dinner. Thankfully, at least one meal a day is a no-brainer.

I was more of a cremecicle kid myself.

My kitchen remodel is coming to a big giant climax this week and next - there is nothing in the kitchen, living room, laundry room and hallway so the floor re-finishers can redo the maple floors. I'm going to be staying with a friend and the dogs are in Day care while I work. We are basically living out of the car. I don't have a picture of how dinner will be but I am going to try to follow my "pre-Induction" low carb program as it has been keeping the scale pretty steady for the last few weeks. My friend has horrible food habits for a diabetic and maybe he can learn something in the next few days! then we visit Mom in Idaho for a few days (lots of snow there) - last road trip before Atkins Induction. After that, the new finish guy does the laminate counter tops and baseboards and we're done. I hope. Well not really, I have to do the tile back splash, but that's my deal, not a contractor so I will be in control again at last. It is true what they say 'it always takes twice as long as you think it will"

Hey, that seems to be true for weigh loss as well.

 What a great expression.

I feel like that. Trying to figure out how to stop taking care of Sam so much. I'm NOT the mommy, but  I am mommying everyone and my work load has quadrupled.

We're really starting to back off the appliance store, and so many days I just don't show up. Sad. We may have a way out of there as early as June, but definitely by Dec.

Sheeezam

Today I had a shake for breakfast and another for lunch because I craved it.
Dinner was the best sushi I've ever had in my LIFE but mostly sashimi.
Meow.

OK, I guess I'd better put my money where my mouth is!  Here is what Gluten-Free eating is like (I've lost 38 pounds in 10 months eating like this......)

B - 8 oz. heavy cream
      1/2 C. Cashew nuts

L - 2 Chicken Enchiladas with Sour Cream Sauce  (Leftovers from night before - homemade)
      20-oz Coke

S - Boston Market Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Caesar Salad
      20-oz Coke

Hard to believe, I know (heck, I still can't believe it!), but we have been eating like this since last May, and the results speak for themselves.......
