Boy this place looks like a cemetery!! Where’s the action peeps??

B: Quaker Breakfast Cookie (180 cal)
S: Protein Powder (240 cal)
    12 ounce Light soy milk (75 cal)
L: Lean cuisine (260 cal)
    Green Giant Veggie Medley (100 cal)
    Granola bar (170 cal)
S: Ramen Noodle Soup in a cup (290 cal)
D: Boiled Corn beef w/potatos and cabbage (found recipe that says 1 serving is 320 cal)
S: 8 Pretzels (150 cal)

Calories: 1785

* I took a break from the forum for a week - took a break from dieting, period.  It was two years of pure obsession with dieting and I needed a vacation.  I feel better now and back on track.  I have an appointment with a nutritionist on the 18th at 8:40pm.  Looking forward to it.

B: Vanilla isalean shake, citrus want more enegry,  1 scoop fiber
S: two isagenix snacks  a few raw almonds
L: 1 foot long Veggie delight on honey oat, with all the veggies and avocado
S: 1 cup organic Honey nut O's, 1/2 cup organic milk
D: chocolate isalean shake
S: Isadelight Dark chocolate Mmmm

did my weigh in yesterday morning, down another 3 pounds! yay!

D - Double Stack w/ a small fry (Wendy's)
S- Tomatoes and Pepper
S- Chocolate Ice Cream

By the time I was leaving to come back home I was starving... so I stopped at Wendy's..... Tomorrow I will pack more food...

Know whatcha mean, neen! Sometimes it does feel good to not obesess.

My day:

30 minute walk before work

1 svg high fiber cereal + 1 banana + `/2 c nf milk...a bit later 1 slice hi fiber bread + 2 tsp pb

L:  1 c high protein soup + 1/2 c fruit

Snack:  medifast bar (someone gave it to me) 100 cals

2 squares dark chocolate

1 svg pita crackers + 2 tsp cheese spreadf

Supper: lotsa veggies + el cheepo sweet sour chicken stuff DH made

1 chocolate chip cookie
