I think that posting mine in Fitday really helped me, because one thing I learned: over the course of a week, my calories were not that high, even with days like you been having! Once I let THAT sink in, it became more attainable to cut back here and there to bring those totals down.
The downside to posting it can be...if not handled right in our minds...is to become obsessed and play this game you're playing now: Shame Game, Starring Good Sherrie ...or Bad Sherrie! Cameos by Bad Neecee...
Stop it now...we all have these moments and we really must move pn.

Yesteray was pretty darn good with the food!
I made an exec decision to not do my erly morning walk - just freakin whupped this week. I woke up still sore from my Tuesday nite class with Mistriss Sado, aka the YMCA trainer!
Computer install at work, so I been going in early, staying late, plus my GS birthday...Grandma is out of gas this week! I did however walk a very big school campus about 20 times setting up the computer and walking messages to and fro. I wore good shoes to work and was the errand girl!
Food:
1 egg + 3 oz ham + 1 c nf milk before work
L: 2 c veggies + teriyaki dressing + 3 oz pork steak
Supper: took my puter vendor out to say goodbye: we shared lightly fried cod + prime rib (cooked in beer - omg) + blood orange pesto fries + mashed potatoes w/gouda/lemon + cabbage slaw salad + leek soup + bread + lemon dessert
I ate WW-like portions and felt just full, not overstuffed. Really classy restaurant - the only one in our town - trendy and whole food cooked items. Bread is from scratch, and gourmet portions!
I brought DH more than half of that prime rib, potatoes and a fish plank.
